Return and Exchange Policy

 

  1. Any product purchased within 15 days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/ will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s technician as applicable.
  2. Product must be returned with all the original packaging v materials, invoices, accessories, manuals, warranty card, Free of Cost items.
  3. If the product is damaged, used, scratched or the packaging material is not available then the exchange or refund will not be applicable.
  4. The warranty does not cover the following:
    • Damage caused due to the improper usage of the tool /not using as per manufactures instructions/overloading the tool/using nonstandard consumables
    • Not servicing the tools at regular intervals or asper the manufactures specifications
    • Long term wear of the tools and the repair parts (example expiration of the full service life ,high level dirt and grime on inside and outside of the tools, worn lubricants
    • Tools that have been disassembled or repaired during the warranty period by un authorized third parties (persons or repair centers) for the purpose of repair.
    • Tools with removed or altered serial numbers and in cases where the data on the tools itself does not match the data in the certificate of the warranty.
  5. For the power tools – spare parts like armature &field coil would be changed free of cost only once during the warranty period .All future replacements of these spares would be charged even during warranty period .Carbon brushes, electrical cord, motor housing and gear housing replacements are not covered under warranty and will be charged extra.
  6. For products beyond 15 days, manufacturer’s warranty applies.
